How to Reconnect With Your Spirituality – with Dr. Karen Kan - 165
After leaving her post as an Assistant Professor at UCLA, Dr. Karen Kan found herself in a deep state of burnout.
She developed Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome while also becoming sensitive to food, loud sounds, electromagnetic radiation, toxins, and negative emotions. She became an “energy sponge” while developing autoimmunity and low thyroid.
Eventually, Dr. Karen reconnected with her spirituality and her whole world changed.
On this episode of Wickedly Smart Women, Dr. Karen joins Anjel to discuss becoming a Doctor of Light Medicine and the Tolpakan healing method she developed, a three-step process to align with source, ask the right questions, and activate powerful healing frequencies.
Listen in as Dr. Karen shares what led her to discover her positive energies, how to practice stillness through observing internal movement, and how her cultural upbringing affected her ability to act in her own self-interest.
